The Light I Carry: For My MomÂ
She was funny and sassy, loving and kind. She was a mother, a grandmother, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. She had challenges in her life—plenty of them—but somehow, she kept going.
And no, she wasn’t perfect.
She was perfectly imperfect, and I loved every part of her.

Sometimes, I am Just Tired
Sometimes, I’m just tired. Not just physically, but emotionally. Tired of questioning myself, wondering if I’m doing enough, and trying to keep up with everything life asks of me. I have dreams, goals, and a vision of the woman I want to be, but sometimes I get so caught up in my responsibilities that I lose sight of her. And maybe what I’m really searching for is a way to reconnect with myself. To find a little quiet, a little freedom, and the ability to simply be without feeling like I should be doing something else.
